Land Registry Title Plans
Land Registry compliant Title Plans are a legal requirement for registering the extent & boundaries of Freehold land and properties. Our team at Lease Planners have been accurately producing Title Plans across the UK since 2010. All produced in accordance with the strict Land Registry guidelines. HMO Floor Plans
HMO Floor Plans are often required when landlords apply for an HMO license with the Local Authority. At Lease Planners we can produce this for you ensuring that your plan includes all of the information that is required by your local authority. Typically these should be drawn to scale, include room areas and fire safety information.
Scaled Floor Plans
Need a detailed Scaled Floor Plan of your property? Look no further. Our team can produce your plan which can be used for many different purposes whether for planning applications, building work or simply establishing the true gross internal area of your property. Licensing Act Floor Plans
Regulation changes in The Licensing Act 2003 meant that all new applications must include a scaled floor plan of the premises detailing important information including entry & exit points, escape routes and fire safety equipment. EPCs
