The Process

1.

CONTACT + QUOTE

Call 0203 637 0150 or email our team so we can discuss your requirements, answer any questions you have and provide a quotation.

2.

BOOKING

When you are happy to proceed, one of our team will place your order and you will receive a confirmation email. If a site visit is required, a convenient appointment time will be arranged

(usually within 2-3 days)

3.

VISIT YOUR PROPERTY
(Where required)

At the arranged time, one of our planners will visit your property to take measurements, gather relevant information and draw a detailed plan.

4.

CAD PRODUCTION

Our CAD team will use the information gathered to produce your Land Registry compliant plans. On average, within 2-3 days the production will be complete.

5.

DRAFT REVIEW

Once CAD production is complete, you will be emailed draft plans in PDF format. We then request that you review the plans and advise us if they are approved or if amendments are required.

6.

FINALISING THE PLAN

Once the plans have been approved and payment has been received, the final plans will be emailed to you and posted out if required.
