Our Process

1.

CONTACT + QUOTE

Contact our team to be appointed an account manager to discuss your requirements and provide a quote. Once a deposit has been paid, a convenient time to visit the property will be arranged. If no site visit is needed, the team will get to work on your plan.

2.

VISIT YOUR PROPERTY

One of our specialist planners will visit your property to take measurements, details and draw a detailed plan of the property including any communal and outside areas. If an EPC is needed, we can draw your plans and produce your EPC in one combined visit.

3.

IN-HOUSE TEAM

Our in-house CAD team use the information gathered to produce your required plans. All plans are drawn in accordance with RICS and comply with Land Registry Requirements. Most plans are returned to you within 2-3 working days of visiting your property.

4.

DRAFT REVIEW

A digital draft version of your plans will be sent to you for you or your solicitor to review. If any amendments are needed; now is the time to let your account manager know to ensure we produce your plan to match the specifics of your lease.

5.

FINALISING THE PLAN

Any necessary amendments will be carried out by the in-house CAD team and your account manager and sent back to you for a final review. Once you are happy with the plans, you will be sent your invoice with the remainder of the balance to settle.

6.

PROJECT COMPLETION

Once your invoice has been settled, we will email you or your solicitor a digital version of your plans. If required, we can print and post four hard copies of each plan to your postal address.
